In 2020, El Centro de la Raza, the Washington Immigrant Solidarity Network, and Northwest Health Law Advocates with support from ACLU of Washington partnered to work on health equity for immigrants. Public health coverage programs include immigration status restrictions, which excludes many people from accessing these vital programs.
