Please register all attendees from your organization who will be joining us at the event at the same time, using one registration form only (including Steering Committee members).

• As a benefit of WAISN membership, all costs for the hotel stay for two nights at Legends Casino and all meals during the event are included for two attendees from your organization.
  • Reminder, Attendee #1 and Attendee #2 will be sharing 1 hotel room with 2 double beds. The registration for the complimentary hotel room will be placed under the name of Attendee #1.
    • If you wish for Attendee #2 to have their own hotel room, you may rent one at your organization’s expense. If Attendee #2 will be reserving their own room at your organizations expense, you will be asked to indicate that as part of the their registration. Legends Casino is offering discounted hotel rates at $120 per night (taxes and fees not included).

  • A third person from your organization is welcome to attend. Meals will be included as a benefit of membership, but your organization is responsible for the reservation and cost of the hotel room for the third person.
